Fast Delivery In UAE (10 AED Delivery Fees)
- Despatched and delivered within 2-3 working days.
- Standard Delivery is available for U.A.E addresses only
- Deliveries are made Saturday to Thursday.
- For Same Day Delivery orders placed before 4pm Saturday to Thursday, your order will be despatched on the same day. Orders made on Friday (before 4pm) will arrive Saturday, as there is no Friday delivery service. Items ordered on a Friday (after 4pm) will arrive on Sunday. – Please note this may be longer for rural areas and in severe weather conditions.
- Next Day Delivery is available for U.A.E addresses only.
- Deliveries are made by our team or another logistics companies Saturday to Thursday.

Delivery timescales in rural areas and severe weather conditions
We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.

What happens if I haven’t received my order within the timescales stated?
If you believe your order has been lost, please contact our Customer Service Team to make them aware. We can only investigate orders that are reported to us within 14 days from your order dispatch date. You will be required to fill out a denial of receipt form for us to be able to start the investigation process. No resend or refund will be offered until after the investigation is complete.
